Construction Update at The Landings

Development at The Landings continues well with over fifty per cent of the new apartments under construction – already sold. The basement carpark slab has been poured and retaining walls are complete.

The construction company, Toro, are currently forming the ground floor slab in both buildings. “By May we will have the structure complete and we will be starting to construct the internal and external walls,” says Development Manager David Rosewarne. Completion of the two low-rise apartment blocks is well on track for late 2012. Blending harmoniously with the existing village properties, the new Apartments have the same architecture, quality finishes, light and spacious design as the sought after Echelon Villas, which sold quickly during their construction phase.
