The senior team has extensive experience across all aspects of the property industry with backgrounds from finance, development and construction. Their expertise ensures optimal project selection, assessment, delivery and risk mitigation.
Phil Anderson

Mr. Anderson has over 30 years’ experience in property business in both Australia and the United States. He is Chairman of Hastie Group Ltd, Chairman of Penrith Lakes Development Corporation Ltd and a Director of AMP Office & Industrial Fund. Mr Anderson was previously Chairman of Esperon Ltd and spent 15 years with Lend Lease Group in roles such as Finance Director and CEO of Lend Lease Development.
